In this text, I have made an effort to convey my thoughts by paying attention to spelling rules and coherence, and by giving it careful consideration.

As I am currently seeking a job as a mechanical engineer, the way I use the Turkish language does not contain any information regarding my technical expertise. Therefore, how well I can write this text or how well I can communicate with you should not be the deciding factor.

It is rare for a soccer coach to evaluate a player for inclusion on the team through a desk-based interview. Instead, they assess the player’s performance by observing them during matches.

To find the right employee, one must see them at work. Unfortunately, in our country, such an opportunity for evaluation is rarely available. We submit our applications through virtual platforms, try to express ourselves in two pages, yet we cannot provide any concrete evidence of how seriously we take our work in a professional setting.

Under the right conditions, ensuring the “right person” is included in the team is crucial for both the employee and the employer.

Let’s say you read this and invited me for an interview; at the end of the interview, there will likely be a discussion about how much salary I’m asking for. I’ll tell you this: If a job description has been established for the work I’ll be doing, only you can determine the salary—which serves as an indicator of the value you place on the job.
